Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.



Q. What are the payment methods available?
HardwareMISE offers Payment Methods as shown below :-

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I Self Collect?
Yes,  our warehouse is located in Johor Bahru, please select shipping methods "Johor Bahru Pickup" during check out. After payment is made, you will be notified by email once the goods is ready for collection.
 

Q. Do you Ship to East Malaysia?
Yes, we ships to East Malaysia excluding Dangerous Goods. 

For bulky or heavy item, you may contact us for checking the sea freight charges

 

Q. Do you Ship to Overseas?

Yes. Currently we ships to overseas including Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, Taiwan, China, HongKong, Macau and so on.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MYR

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 1~2 working days upon receipt of payment for our Ex-Stock Item, for Pre-Order item, please refer to Item description.

 

As for transport/courier service we are unable to estimate how long it will reach to your place because every courier and transport service is different in each area.

 

You may use this as a guideline:
Courier service within west malaysia, 3 working days
Transport within west malaysia, 1 week
Air freight to east malaysia 1 week
Sea freight to east malaysia 2 weeks

 

Q. Can I request for return/refund?

You may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
• The Item has not been received by Buyer;
• The Item was defective and/or damaged;
• We have delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.);
• By way of private agreement with HardwareMISE

 

You may email your return/refund request to sales@hardwaremise.com.my with the following details; we will get back to you shortly.

  1. Order ID
  2. Reason of return/refund
  3. Pictures of the product (if available)

 

Q. Can I request for official quotation?

Of course! To request an official quotation, kindly visit our website and navigate to the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" menu, and select the "RFQ" option. Kindly complete the form and our team will revert to you by email with the official quotation.
